Uma Restaurant at Pan Pacific Perth

Peru meets Perth at Uma Restaurant - Pan Pacific!

At UMA, you'll get classic Peruvian cuisine with a twist. The restaurant features award-winning Consulting Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia's vision and creativity, which is brought to life via the use of the freshest local ingredients, a well-curated wine selection, and a skilled workforce that is passionately passionate about what they do.

The food at UMA is a major reflection of Peruvian culture, with influences from the Incas and products and cooking traditions brought to the country from Spain, Italy, Africa, Japan, and China. Apart from four native Peruvian chiles, the recipes are virtually entirely made with the best West Australian ingredients.

The name UMA, which means mountain and water in pre-Incan dialect, comes from a pre-Incan dialect. UMA restaurant, designed by top Perth architect and design firm ‘State of Kin,' takes guests to Peru with its rich colours, textured fabrics, and colourful works of art that are reminiscent of the motherland. For a dining experience unlike any other, sample delectable ceviche, sip a pisco sour cocktail, and relax in the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
