High season surcharge:

For stays during the below dates, there will be an additional surcharge per room/per night - payable direct to the resort.

• 01–31 August 2022 - surcharge of AUD $50
• 27 December 2022–07 January 2023 - surcharge of AUD $50

Child Policy:

• Cots are available free of charge for infants under 2 years
• For an additional child under 12 years including an extra bed and breakfast, there is a surcharge of AUD $51/per day
• For an additional child under 12 years including breakfast only (share existing bed with parents), there is a surcharge of AUD $15/day

Cancellation policy:

• All bookings are subject to our Standard Refund Policy.
• You can book this stay with confidence: cancel your bookings up to 13 days prior to arrival and pay no cancellation fees. If you need to cancel this booking within 13 days of the stay, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be made for any unused services and clients will be responsible for their travel arrangements from that point onward.
