  • Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

    Stop At: Hanoi, Hanoi
    Welcome to Hanoi, the charming capital of Vietnam!
    Upon arrival, picked up by tour guide and transferred to hotel for check-in at 2:00 p.m. standard time. After a short break, you will visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ba Dinh Square, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside), and his private residence from 1954 to 1969. In the same complex, you will see the One Pillar Pagoda founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049. This structure has become an important symbol for Hanoians. Our next stop will be the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. Built in 1070, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past. Later, you will visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple and cycle through Hanoi's Old Quarter. Night in Hanoi.

    Day 2: Hanoi - Pu Luong - Trekking

    Stop At: Pu Luong Nature Reserve, Pho Doan, Thanh Hoa 448100 Vietnam
    Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the Pu Luong Nature Reserve through impressive mountains. We enjoyed the panoramic view of the entire valley along the way. We arrive at the lodge in time for a delicious lunch, then free time to explore the beautiful refuge, with its captivating panoramic views and peaceful surroundings.
    In the afternoon, we have the opportunity to get closer to the village life and interact with the locals who live in the nearby hills. We walk through the farmland and rice fields, and learn more about the local culture. We return to the retreat for a good dinner. Night in Pu Luong.

    Day 3: Pu Luong - Yoga Exercise - Half Day Trekking

    Stop At: Pu Luong Nature Reserve, Pho Doan, Thanh Hoa 448100 Vietnam
    You will have to get up early for your first yoga exercise following the instructions of the local teacher (Vietnamese teacher). After breakfast, we begin to descend into the beautiful valley in front of the Retiro and through the rice terraces you will reach a picturesque town, Uoi.
    We continue walking to a local house, where we can rest and take the bike through the village of Lan. If time permits, we will visit a local family where we can learn about their traditional brocade weaving (not guaranteed). We take a bike ride through the rice paddies and villages to further explore the scenic landscapes that surround them. We finish at Hieu Village, where we can enjoy the Hieu waterfall, the only one in the reserve. Return to the local house, where the car pick-up point is. Transferred back to Pu Luong retreat for dinner. Night in Pu Luong.

    Day 4: Pu Luong - Yoga Exercise - Local Village - Hanoi

    Stop At: Pu Luong Nature Reserve, Pho Doan, Thanh Hoa 448100 Vietnam
    Wake up early for the second yoga exercise following the instructions of the local teacher (Vietnamese teacher). After breakfast, we take a short walk from the retreat to Dong Dieng village, down to the most beautiful valley of Puluong. On the way we have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful rice terraces and beautiful mountains. We can visit a local family, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the lifestyle and culture of the locals. We return to the retreat for lunch before returning to Hanoi. Night in Hanoi.

    Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay / Lan Ha

    Stop At: Halong Bay, Halong Bay, Quang Ninh Province
    From Hanoi, head east for about 3 hours to Halong Bay / Lan Ha, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage designated by UNESCO in 1994. Upon arrival in Halong / Lan Ha, you will take a big cruise to sail across the Bay to discover the magnificent beauty of this "Descending Dragon" bay, created by thousands of oddly shaped limestone rocks and karst grottos. After a fresh seafood lunch on board, you can visit Sung Sot Cave (Amazing), you can swim or kayak, passing the floating villages and getting closer to the islets to enjoy their beauty at close range. Return to the cruise ship for dinner in the late afternoon. In the evening, attend activities on the boat or relax at your own pace. Overnight on the boat near Titov beach.

    Day 6: Halong - Hanoi - Tonkin Show

    Stop At: Halong Bay, Halong Bay, Quang Ninh Province
    You must get up early to enjoy the sunrise over the sea early in the morning. The cruise will continue sailing in wonderful areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscence.
    The cruise bus transfer will transfer you back to your hotel in Hanoi.
    At around 5:15 PM, you will be picked up at the show bus stop. and you will be transferred to see The Quintessential Tonkin Show. The show is inspired by the spiritual history of the nearby village of Thay Pagoda.     Day 7: Hanoi - Yoga Exercise - Siem Reap

    Suggested flight from Hanoi to Siem Reap via Vietjet Air 957 (16:30 - 18:15)
    You will have to get up early for your third yoga exercise following the instructions of the local teacher (Vietnamese teacher). After breakfast, you will enjoy a free morning in the capital city. The departure from the hotel will be at 12.00 noon and then you will be transferred to the airport to take the flight to Siem Reap - Treasure of Cambodia.
    Upon arrival, you will be picked up by the local tour guide and transferred to check in at the hotel. Night

    Day 8: Siem Reap - Angkor Temple

    Stop At: Siem Reap, Siem Reap, Siem Reap Province
    You will explore the South Gate of Angkor Thom.     Day 9: Siem Reap - Yoga Exercise - Floating Village

    Stop At: Siem Reap, Siem Reap, Siem Reap Province
    You will have to get up early for your four and last yoga exercises at Wat Svay Romeat pagoda, following the instructions of the local teacher (Khmer teacher).
    After exercise, you will return to the hotel for breakfast and a short rest. This morning, you will visit Wat Thmei (Killing Field) which contains a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of the Khmer Rouge victims. Then you will continue to visit "Les Artisans d'Angkor - Chantiers Ecole", the best authentic Khmer arts and crafts.
    This afternoon, you will visit the floating villages. Then, you will take a ride on a traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap, Cambodia's "Great Lake" and the largest in Asia. You will visit Wat Bo, a pagoda founded in the 18th century, (Old Market), where everything is for sale. Night in Siem Reap.

    Day 10: Siem Reap - Departure
