    Choose between three fascinating classes of the traditional Russian cuisine and become a true Russian food connoisseur.

    Option 1.
    On the first tour your expert guide meets you in your hotel at 5:00 p.m. and leads you to a cooking masterclass where you will cook Shchi soup with traditional Russian dumplings named Pelmeni and cheese pancakes Syrniki.

    Listen to the insights of professional chefs about the Russian culture and cuisine. At 6:20 p.m. cooking session begins. You will cook Shchi made from cabbage, mushrooms, flour, and spices and served with “smetana” (sour cream) and eaten with bread. Wrap beef filling with dough to make Pelmeni and cook Syrniki, small pancakes made of Cottage cheese. After an enjoyable cooking you will sample wine, appetizers and a meal together.

    Option 2. Another experience is the 3-hour class that starts at 12:00 p.m. at your hotel. Meet your guide and arrive at the restaurant to listen to the fascinating introduction to the Russian culture and cuisine.

    Here you will be cooking delicious Blini, a traditional Russian pancake, the pearl and pride of Russian cuisine. You will prepare Blini with hearty beef and mushrooms, with scrumptious red caviar and sweet Blini with different toppings.

    After cooking you will enjoy a tea ceremony with 3 sorts of tea made in Russian traditional samovar.
