  • Day 1: Kathmandu (1300m) to Gyirong (Nepal-Tibet border) 2800m – 145 km

    Stop At: Gyirong County, Gyirong County, Tibet
    Our driver will pick up you from hotel at 4 am then we will drive through the beautiful countryside, rivers and traditional villages. After arriving Gyirong (2800m) where it is surrounded by snowcapped mountains and dense forest, we will do the necessary border formalities at immigration.
    We will stay overnight in Guesthouse.

    Day 2: Gyirong – Tingri (4300m)/Lhatse (4350m): 225/244 Km

    Stop At: Tingri County, Tingri County, Tibet
    After breakfast at hotel, Day drive to the highest plateau of the world with the magical view of Tibetan scenery offering sheer feeling of standing on the roof of the world. We will enjoy the amazing and beautiful Himalayan ranges including Mt choOyu (8200M) & Mt Xishapagma (8012M) in a good weather. From TINGRI , we can enjoy the panorama view of Mt. Everest (8848M).

    Day 3: Tingri/Lhaste- Xigatse (3900M): 244 KM

    Stop At: Shigatse, Tibet, China
    We will have a breakfast and continue drive crossing over the Gyatchu La (5220M), the highest pass en route to Lhasa via Lhaste.

    Day 4: Xigaste- Gyanste (3950M): 90KM

    Stop At: Gyantse, Gyantse County, Shigatse, Tibet, China
    Today we will drive to Gyanste. On the way you can see many Tibetan farmer villages. Once we reach at Gyanste then we will visit to the Kumbumstupa and Perklor Monastery.
    Overnight stay at guest house.

    Day 5: Gyanste – Lhasa (3650M): 261KM

    Stop At: Lhasa, Lhasa, Tibet
    Today we will have full day picturesque drive. We will visit Manakdam Lake, korola glacier and Yamdrok Lake on the way to Lhasa.

    Day 6: Lhasa tour – Potala Palace, Johkang Temple and Barkhor Street

    Stop At: Lhasa, Lhasa, Tibet
    Today after breakfast your tour guide will bring you to the Potala Palace which is the winter palace of the Dalai Lama and was put to use since the 7th century by the 33rd great king of Tibet then we head to Johkang Temple which was founded by the 33rd great king of tibet in the 7th century, You can see the inside the statue of Buddha Sakyamuni at the age of 12. Outside you can see Pilgrims making prostrating in front of Johkang Temple. Around the temple there is Barkhor street, where you can do Kora with Pilgrims and locals and also explore the old market.

    Day 7: Lhasa Tour- Drepung and Sera Monastery

    Stop At: Lhasa, Lhasa, Tibet
    In the morning, you are going to see Drepung Monastery which is one of the “Great Three” Gelung Monasteries of Tibet. It was founded in 1416 by Jamyangchoge. You can explore the biggest kitchen of monastery and enjoy Buddhist Sculpture carving workshop near Drepung. In the afternoon time, you will explore the Sera Monastery which is another one of the “Great Three” Gelung Monasteries of Tibet. The hot attraction is the monks debating in the courtyard of Sera Monastery and many other ancients’ attraction.
