Day 1: The night under tent: Djerba - Tataouine - Chenini - Guermessa - Ksar Ghilane

Stop At: Chahbania, neffatia, Tunisia
Photo stop at the famous Chahbania salt lake. This chott is famous, like Chott Djerid, for the phenomenon of mirages. (in winter it will be rather full of water)

Stop At: Chenini, Tataouine Tunisia
Visit the Berber village of Chenini with these different components: oil mill, attic, houses, mosque (from the outside) ... etc. A hike of around 40 minutes during which you will discover a lot about the Berbers in Tunisia and their history and culture

Stop At: Guermassa, Tunisia
Visit the Berber village of Guermessa, it looks a lot like that of Chenini except that it is completely deserted, and yes no one lives there!

Stop At: Ksar Ghilane, Ksar Ghilane, Kebili Governorate
Arrival at the oasis of Ksar Ghilane, this paradise where the greenery of the palm groves embraces the ocher color of the sand dunes! Enjoy a swim in the hot spring.
Once there, you can book a camel ride or quad ride in the dunes (extra and to be paid on site)

Departure to the camp, installation and free time to enjoy a unique sunset! Dinner and evening under a starry sky!
If there are people you may attend a demonstration of the preparation of the famous sand loaf (bread prepared under the coals)

Day 2: In the underground house: Ksar Ghilane - Tamazret - Matmata - Toujane - Djerba

Stop At: Ksar Ghilane, Tunisia
Your first stop will be at a second hot water source, located in the middle of nowhere and with a water temperature that exceeds 45 °

Stop At: Tamezret, Tunisia
In the village of Tamazret, you will have the right to a technical stop (sanitary / coffee). On the roof of the cafe you have a nice terrace if you want to take a picture of the Berber village or the panoramic view!

Stop At: Maison Troglodyte, Tunisia
Head to the old Matmata where people still live in cave houses dug vertically underground! Your hosts, a Berber family, will open the door for you to discover this unique monument ... to take a closer look and take photos. With them, they will be happy to offer you a good glass of rosemary tea, served with olive oil and honey. Before leaving do not hesitate to thank them (it will always please them and help them)

Stop At: Hotel Sidi Idriss, Matmatat-Al-Qadimal, Tunisia
You will visit this hotel, where several scenes from Star Wars have been filmed! Enjoy the adventure and close your eyes to imagine George Lucas spinning or Sky Walker eating in the same place where you are!

A photo stop opposite the Berber village of Toujane during which your guide will explain more about the Berber tribes ... why they chose these hard places to live in and what changes they have undergone since!
