  • Day 1: Popradske Lake (1494 m)

    Stop At: Popradské pleso, 059 85 Vysoké Tatry, Slovakia
    After breakfast take a tram to the station called Popladské lake. Bike trail leads up to Popradské lake and offers beautiful views of the Mlynická valley. You ascend with the help of serpentine trail and get underneath the rocky wall of Ostrva where the Symbolic Cemetery dedicated to victims of the Tatras is located. A short distance from this place, you can enjoy the most beautiful lake of the Tatras - Popradské lake hidden in the Mengusovska valley. The goal of a cycling trail is the mountain hotel near Popradské lake open for your relax.

    Stop At: Hincove oká, 059 85 Vysoké Tatry, Slovakia
    We can continue hiking from Popradské lake to beautiful Hincove lakes. The Great Hincovo lake is the largest lake on the Slovak side of High Tatras.

    Stop At: Rysy, Szlak pieszy czerwony The High Tatras, Poland and Slovakia border, Tatra National Park Poland
    From Popradske lake we can hike to the highest peak of the Polish side of Tatras - Rysy. Rysy provides unforgettable views of Žabie lakes, Morské oko – Rybi Potok Valley and the Ťažka Valley which is a side valley of the Bielovodská Valley.

    Day 2: Kôprova Valley

    Pass By: Strbske Pleso Lake, Strbske Pleso Slovakia
    After breakfast take a tram to the station Štrbské lake. From here take the „Cesta Slobody“ road that borders the High Tatras from the south. You can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Low Tatras. Approximately 100 m before the Belá river, you leave the „Cesta Slobody“ road and take the route leading to the Tichá and Kôprova valleys.

    Stop At: Temnosmrečinská dolina, 059 85 Vysoké Tatry, Slovakia
    Cycling through the Kôprová Valley provides a view of the majestic Kriváň peak. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the highest waterfall in Slovakia - Kmeťov Waterfall located at the end of the Kôprová Valley.

    Day 3: Treetop path

    Pass By: Tatranska Lomnica, Tatranska Lomnica, Presov Region
    Biking from Tatranska Lomnica in the south-east direction. At the crossroads close to the hotel Tatranec, you take the forest road leading to the Pramenište educational trail. You continue to the east and cycle roughly at the same elevation level until you join the cycling route leading to Tatranská Kotlina. You can enjoy panoramic views of the eastern part of the High Tatras and a part of the Belianske Tatras. After passing through Tatranska Kotlina, you cycle to the north up to the beginning of a unique village - Ždiar where you take a turn to the Bachledova Valley.

    Pass By: Zdiar, Zdiar, Presov Region
    During the journey leading up to the Belianske Tatras, you can relax while enjoying beautiful views.

    Stop At: Chodník korunami stromov Bachledka, Bachledova dolina 702, 059 55 Ždiar, Slovakia
    The walkway through the treetops gives a beautiful panoramic view of the Belianske Tatras Mountains and the Spišská magura Mountain range.

    Day 4: Sliezky Dom / Cottage (1670 m)

    Stop At: Hotel Sliezsky Dom, Tatranská polianka 32, 062 01 Vysoké Tatry, Slovakia
    From Tatranská Polianka, turn to the Tatras Mountains and continue up the asphalt road up to Velická valley. After considerable elevation with many serpentines you come to Sliezky dom / cottage.
    To make biking much easier you can use elektro-bike.
    Route length: 6 km Difficulty: Advanced / easy by elektro-bike Elevation: 680 m
    Duration: 2 hours
