Would you like to discover the art scene in Bermuda but don’t really know where to go and explore different vibrant art scenes in a fun and accessible way, Bermuda Explorer has an incredible way for you to enjoy a numerous list of art galleries in a fun and affordable experience that will leave you wanting to immerse yourself more in the art scenery. The beginning of the tour takes place at the steps of The City Hall Art Center, and will also end there; we will leave the best until the end, which is why we have decided this art center will be the last you enjoy for the day. After you are picked up, we will give start to the tour by visiting the 117 Art Gallery, this is Bermuda’s newest gallery, it represents over 60 artists including Bermuda’s most collectable artists whose main work is inspired by the island; the tour will be followed by visiting The Masterworks Art Center, in this part of the tour, you will be delighted by locals and foreign artist’s masterpieces, this Art Center is funded by people’s generosity and the main point of it is to encourage artists to develop their talents; the next stop is to visit The Bermuda Art Center, not only does this Art Center show art pieces of more than 20 artists both local and international, but they also showcase a variety of paintings, ornaments and different abstract crafts designed as 100 per cent original pieces; after leaving The Bermuda Art Center, we will arrive to the Jon Faulkner Gallery, here you will be delighted to witness the artist’s pottery and all of his different and modern ceramic pieces, he has a unique style that never fails to catch people’s eye; halfway through the journey, we give the tour a little turn by visiting The Bermuda Glass Blowing Studio, which is a center where they create items made with melted glass from scratch, you get to see how they create each item and how they continuously add color to them ending with a unique and original piece. To begin finalizing the tour we cannot leave behind The Lisa Ann Reggo Art Gallery, where you can enjoy many of the paintings the artist has made to portray many historic events in history; and finally, we end this tour where it started, at The City Hall Art Center, as if the white building isn’t worth seeing itself, once you start going up the stairs you begin to discover all of the gallery’s art collection where you can see or even buy paintings, sculptures, among other art pieces.
