This airport shuttle bus service covers major hotels in Hong Kong Island, New Territories and Kowloon area. After purchasing, go to airport counter B18 in the Arrival Hall, show your passport to redeem your bus ticket. Service hour is from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. With necessary help from those friendly staffs at the airport counter, your first experience of Hong Kong will be relaxed and comfortable. Airport to hotel shuttle bus is available from 7:00 to 23:00 for hotels in Group A (69 hotels), and from 11:00 to 17:00 for hotels in Group B (16 hotels), departs every 30 minute. Please offer airline details to and from HKG on reservation. No refund for all confirmed booking, including no show caused by delayed or cancelled flights.
- Each passenger (aside from infant) can check in with a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, total dimension not exceeding 158 cm (62 inch), wheels, handles and side pockets included. Each bag should not weigh over 20kg (44 lbs). Excessive and over-sized bag as subject to the availability of the storage space of the bus, may incurring surcharge.
- Hotel to airport shuttle bus is available for all these 85 hotels, with different pickup time, departs every 60 minute. Because you are required to check-in to your flight at least 2 hours prior to departure, plus 1-hour of driving time, you will be informed a pickup time from your hotel lobby for returned bus accordingly. For exact hotel pickup time, please confirm with the local tour supplier 3 days prior of your arrival day in Hong Kong. Please wait in the lobby 15 minute prior of scheduled pickup time. For one way transfer from hotel to airport, no ticket provides. Please show your passport to the bus driver for boarding.
- For round trip shuttle bus ticket, you will get returned ticket from the airport counter on arrival time.
- For child occupying a seat, same price as adult. Child under 3 are applicable to free ride without occupying a seat.
