Santa Fe de Antioquia, a Hidden Colonial Treasure close to Medellin

The town was founded in 1541 on the Western bank of the Cauca River and became the first capital of Antioquia in 1584. It is declared a Cultural Heritage Village thanks to its colonial architecture with many historic churches, plazas and monuments.

Furthermore, you visit the famous Puente del Occidente across the Cauca River, which is one of the longest and oldest suspension bridges in Latin America.

We invite you to explore the cultural treasures of Santa Fé de Antioquia, take a ride through Latin America's longest tunnel and visit the well-known bridge “Puente del Occidente”.

Look forward to experiencing stunning landscapes, typical Colombian food and a relaxing day in the countryside.
