Private Transfer: Civitavecchia Port - Rome Ciampino Airport or vice versa

To book your transfer from Rome Ciampino Airport "G.Bastine" to the Port of Civitavecchia, and vice versa, we need the following details:
- Name and surname of those who book, contact telephone number for availability and any

 communications.
- Date of transfer, time required for withdrawal.
- Total number of passengers and type of vehicle requested:

 Sedan 1- 2 passengers

 Minivan 1-8 passengers

Each passenger is required to carry a suitcase plus hand luggage; luggage of

particular dimensions (wheelchairs, strollers, musical or sporting instruments, etc ...) go

specified in the reservation and verified later with the operator, before the transfer.
- Exact place for withdrawal and destination:

from the Port of Civitavecchia, specify the name of the Ship and the arrival pier; the driver will wait for you

near the ship, our cars have the necessary permits for access to the area

internal of the port; specify the time, the number of the flight departing from Ciampino airport.

From Ciampino Airport, indicate the time and number of your flight, we will keep track of the exact time of landing. The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall, with a sign indicating your name. Specify the name of the ship departing from Civitavecchia, so as to be left near to facilitate boarding with luggage.

IMPORTANT:

for transfers arriving from the airport the waiting time is 75 minutes, from the time of flight landing;

for transfers from the Port of Civitavecchia the waiting time is 30 minutes, starting from the time requested in the booking;

exceeded the waiting time, without any information from the passenger, the driver will go away. In these cases there is no reimbursement of the cost of the transfer for the passenger.
