Olive Oil Farm Tour

You will arrive at the olive oil farm and we will introduce you to the farmer. He will tell you the story of the farm. After the presentation, we will walk through the farm to see the olives trees and all the equipment and special techniques for harvesting. This is a true experience, so you will pick your olives (if its the season). The farmer will teach you how to taste olive oil, and explain what makes good olive oil —and what makes the bad stuff, too. During the lunch on the farm, you will see and taste the olive oil, how to do it and taste all the products of Alentejo region.

Our experience will include:
- Arrival at the farm and welcome by the producer
- Presentation of the history of the farm
- Visit to the farm
- Demonstration of techniques and equipment used in olive harvest
- Harvesting experience (Seasonal - September / October)
- Olive oil tasting
- Brunch with typical products of the region
