Mesmerizing Messum Crater 10 hour private tour
The intriguing Messum crater is quite remote, but your private trip is made entertaining by visiting quite a few sites along the Skeleton Coast along the way.
The environment is harsh and the desert is unforgiving, so not many people visit this awesome landmark of Namibia. You will feel like you are the first person there quite often while looking out over the vast landscapes. This tour is highly recommended for people who like to explore and see some of the more remote places on earth.
In this area we will see some magnificent examples of the Welwitschia Mirabilis. We will also see some San (Bushmen) paintings while we have our lunch.
The sights we will see along the way are the Zeila shipwreck and the Cape Fur Seal colony at Cape Cross. The road surface for most of the tour is tar and very smooth salt road.
All this nature is exquisitely beautiful.... bring your camera!
