    INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PORTIONS
    160 gr (around 1, 1/2 cups) Semolina flour OR All-purpose flour
    15 cherry tomatoes
    200 gr (around 10 oz) fresh ground pork sausage (veggie option: mushrooms OR medium zucchini)
    100 gr (around 5 oz) of fresh rocket OR fresh spinach
    1 glass of white wine for cooking
    Extra Virgin Olive oil
    1 fresh Garlic
    120 gr (around 4 oz) of grated parmesan cheese
    Salt and pepper

    KITCHEN TOOLS
    1 x pot for boiling water
    1 x frypan
    1 x knife
    1 x slotted spoon or colander
