Towards the central coast of Peru, is located the archaeological complex of Pucllana, in the district of Miraflores, a fabulous palace built by the Wari culture. It was in the 700 a.c. when the Wari culture arrived from Ayacucho towards the city of Lima, with the aim of reaching more territories. According to its origin, Pucllana comes from Quechua Pukllay, which translated into Spanish would mean "place to play". One of its main attractions is a gigantic pyramid that measures approximately 25 meters high. Historians explain that in the beginning the place was composed of ramps, patios and squares, all elaborated with mud. The students named the design of their buildings as the "book technique", because the base of its walls is desing.
