From Lima: In search of the Oasis 2 days

Day 1: Lima City Tour

Stop At: Huaca Pucllana, Calle General Borgono s/n, cuadra 8, Lima 15074 Peru
The tour will start from your hotel. The first stop on this morning tour is going to be at “Huaca Pucllana”, an ancient temple located in the center of Miraflores.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Centro Historico de Lima, Plaza de Armas, Lima 15001 Peru
The next stop is at the Historical Center of Lima where we are going to appreciate the republican and colonial architecture that is going to make us feel like we are in Europe. This walk around the city center includes “Plaza San Martin” and “Plaza Mayor”, considered by Unesco as Human Cultural Patrimony since 2000.

Stop At: Centro Historico de Lima, Plaza de Armas, Lima 15001 Peru
After “Plaza Mayor” it is time to visit San Francisco Convent, this place is famous because of the beautiful architecture and the art we can find there. Something you won't miss is the opportunity to go down at the catacombs, one of the first cemeteries in South America.

Day 2: Full day Ica (Nazca Lines optional)

Stop At: Paracas, Paracas, Ica Region
Pick up time is early in the morning, around 4:30 am. The adventure starts early in the morning on the Panamerican highway. Around 300 km. on the South of Lima is located Paracas Bay, a very important place for Peruvian history and full of wildlife.
Duration: 5 hours

Stop At: Paracas National Reserve, Carr. Punta Pejerrey Peru
From Paracas starts the boat tour to Ballestas Islands place full of birds, sea lions, dolphins, penguins, etc.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Ica, Ica, Ica Region
The next thing in the itinerary is to drive to a small local winery to learn how the process to make Pisco is and after do some tasting.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Ica, Ica, Ica Region
Before going back to Lima there is stop at the Huacachina Oasis, where there is some time for lunch and walk around, practice sandboarding or just enjoy free time with Pisco Sours.
