Our first stop is at the Karakolithos memorial. It is dedicated to the Greek Resistance of WWII.

Stop At: Monastery of Hosios Loukas, Distomo 32005 Greece

We then find ourselves witnesses to this beautiful site where you can see an 11th centry monastery and right below it a valley with olive trees. This whole scene is surrounded by mountains. Osios Loukas is situated on a slope, which overlooks a beautiful valley with many olive trees. In the monastery you will see the church of Osios Loukas which is a copy of Agia Sophia in Constantinople.

Stop At: Arachova, Arachova, Boeotia Region, Central Greece

This is the second most visited town in Greece. It's a popular skiing resort on mount Parnassos.

Stop At: Delphi, Delphi, Phocis Region, Central Greece

Delphi was the navel of the world in ancient times. Here you will see the archaeological site of Delphi, it's archaeological museum, the Athena Pronae sanctuary and the Castallian springs.

At the archaeological site of Delphi you will see the Athenian Treasury. A little further up you will see the sanctuary of Apollo with the temple of Apollo in it. Further up you will see the ancient theater of Delphi which holds 13,000 spectators. Last, all the way up is the ancient stadium of Delphi where the Pythia Games were held.

Stop At: Delphi Archaeological Museum, Ethniki Odos Amfissas - Livadias, Delphi 330 54 Greece

In the museum you will see: the Egyptian sphynx, the Naxian sphynx, the statue of Antinous, the Charioteer which is the most important statue of the museum.

Stop At: Delphi, Delphi, Phocis Region, Central Greece

After seeing the ancient site of Delphi we will walk around the modern town of Delphi, have lunch in a local taverna and if you like you can shop around for souvenirs. After that we return to Athens.
