    Join us on a tour to the famous Chena Hot Springs Resort, located 60 scenic miles from downtown Fairbanks.

    Soak in Chena Hot Springs Resort’s legendary healing mineral waters. You can either soak in the outside rock pool, enjoy a swim in the inside pool or chill in the Resort's Hot Tub. The amount of time is flexible.

    Note: Children under 18 and pregnant women are not allowed in the outside rock pool. However, they can stay in the pool and hot tub.

    We also take a tour, learning about the multi faceted renewable energy projects which builds up towards full self sustainability of the resort. This is called the Geothermal Energy tour.

    Be awestruck by the glorious sculptures in the Aurora Ice Museum – open year round.We will then enjoy a guided tour through the Aurora Ice Museum which was built with over 1.000 tons of ice and snow and kept year round at a temperature of 25F (-7C) .

    Pick up occurs between 8:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Please contact us 1 to 2 days before your tour, to get your exact time. If you are staying at alaska-wildlife-cabins-and-hostel, you can hop right into our vans for your tours. No pick up will be scheduled. Pick up is available from any address inside the city limits of Fairbanks and North Pole.Pick up from the airport is not possible. If you are staying outside the city limits, we can meet you at the local Walmart Parking lot.

    • Please bring bathing suits, shower slipper, bath towels, at least 2 quarter for each locker and picture id's for the ice museum.
    • Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please no children under 5.
    • Children under 18 and pregnant guests aren't allowed in the outside pool of the Hot Springs. There is an inside area for everyone to use.
    • Cancellation for a full refund is possible if the minimum capacity is not reached or due to dangerous road conditions.
