A few optional extras that we may visit - replacing a museum and/or historical walking tour - include the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, the world famous Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, the Robben Island Museum, a Township Tour, or a combination of those experiences.

Lunch can be booked at a venue of choice, either at the Waterfront, in the city, or as part of an interactive Cape Malay cooking class in the Bo-Kaap (lunch is for own account).

    Take a walking tour through an indispensable part of the history and modern-day culture of the vibrant city of Cape Town. Close to famous landmarks like St. George's Cathedral, Tuijnhuis and the Parliament of South Africa.

    Come and explore the colourful streets of the Cape Malay quarter - a place of great vibrancy as well as cultural and sociological significance. Option of doing a Cape Malay cooking class as a lunch option, which is a fun and interactive learning experience!

    Learn more about the sad part of our history, and what is being done to redress some of the injustices of the past, as well as the significance of the effect the enforced movement of peoples have had on modern-day Cape Town and South Africa as a whole.

    Optional extra: take the world famous cableway up Table Mountain and experience some of the most breathtaking views imaginable from this incredible natural landmark - right in the middle of the city!

    Optional extra: come and learn about some of the darker parts of our history, and experience a guided tour by people who has first-hand experience of the conditions there: former inmates at the infamous political prison where Nelson Mandela spent 18 years of his life.
