    The Sint-Janshuis Mill has been on this site since 1771. Since the 13th century, windmills have adorned Bruges' city vests. Today there are still four copies on the Kruisvest. The Sint-Janshuis Mill is the only mill that can still be visited. Grain is still being ground there.

    The Jerusalem Chapel was the private chapel of the merchant family Adornes from Genoa. Consecrated in 1429, the chapel is inspired by the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem.

    The Potterierei is one of those quiet places in Bruges with idyllic houses and a unique drawbridge. The first mention of the hospital on the banks of the Potterierei dates from the 13th century. It was then a place where pilgrims, travelers and the sick found help. Thanks to the miracle statue of the Madonna and Child in the church, it became a place of pilgrimage.

    The Poortersloge is the most remarkable building on the Jan van Eyckplein. It has a slender tower and the facades are decorated with various statues, including the "the bear of the lodge".

    This brewery is a family business with a tradition of six generations of brewers. The Brugse Zot is brewed here. In 2016, a 3 km underground beer pipeline was constructed connecting the brewery to the bottling plant outside the center.

     Since 1998, the Bruges Beguinage, together with twelve others, has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The white facades surround a spacious garden. This place has a very peaceful appearance. Today the houses are still inhabited by women.
