Belem City Tour
There is no better way to explore a city than at street level and with a guide who knows what he is talking about. You will see the most important attractions of this district which are related with The Discoveries. I will help to understand better the history of The Portuguese Discoveries because the events of that period reinforced the city´s role as a trading post of Europe.
At the very beginning of the tour you will be picked up from your hotel. I will escort you by car on a route that includes Belem Tower where you will get an incredible view of the city. Then you will proceed to the Monument to the Discoveries which is dedicated to the Portuguese Discoveries. After this you will walk to Hieronimyte Monastery and get acquainted with its history.
Also, you will visit The Pastéis de Belém pastry factory where you will have a coffee stop with tasting The Pastel de Belem. After you will walk to Afonso de Albuquerque Square. At the end you will get dropped off back at your hotel.
