Annapurna Base Camp Trek offers many a reason for trekkers to be fascinated during the whole trip. It starts after a few hours’ drive from Pokhara. The route ascends through villages inhabited by different ethnic groups, specially the Gurung and Pun people. Meet Nepali people doing usual ups and downs in the course of daily life. The settlements, farmlands and forests give way to each other during the whole tour with the settlements getting thinner as you climb higher.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek covers Ghorepani Poonhill Trek as well. In springtime, the forest around this area is covered with blooming rhododendron. Poonhill offers fabulous views of the mountains in Annapurna range.

    Except for the rainy season, Annapurna Base Camp Trek can be done almost throughout the year. However, it gets more exciting and memorable during springtime with the forest taking on the glamour of rhododendron bloom.

    Day 1: Arrival and transfer to hotel

    Day 2: Kathmandu - Pokhara

    Day 3: Pokhara - Tikhedhunga (1577m)

    Day 4: Tikhedhunga - Ghorepani (2875m)

    Day 5: Ghorepani - Poonhill (3210m) -Tadapani (2660m)

    Day 6: Tadapani - Sinuwa (2300m)

    Day 7: Sinuwa - Deurali (3100m)

    Day 8: Deurali - Machhapuchre Base Camp (3700m) - Annapurna Base Camp (4140m)

    Day 9: Annapurna Base Camp - Bamboo (2460m)

    Day 10: Bamboo - Jhinu Danda with natural hot springs (2170m)

    Day 11: Jhinu Danda - Pokhara

    Day 12: Pokhara - Kathmandu
