The park is about 376 kilometers (234 miles) by road southwest of Kampala. On arrival, you can have lunch and then go for an afternoon game drive during which various animals can be spotted, like elephants, buffaloes, impalas, Ugandan kobs, and lions.
Birds like the African skimmer, Chapins flycatcher, pink-backed pelicans, Papyrus canary, shoebill stork, martial eagle, black-rumped buttonquail can also be seen by especially keen birders. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Have breakfast and later go for a game drive during which your guide will help you spot a plethora of animals. Return for lunch and, in the afternoon, go for a boat ride during which you will spot hippos, crocodiles, and various birds, including flamingos.
The boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel usually lasts for two hours and it gives visitors the opportunity to see a variety of yawning hippos in the water, water birds, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, Ugandan kobs, topis, water bucks, bush bucks, reed bucks, duiker, mongoose, swamp antelopes, spotted hyenas, warthogs, forest hogs. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
